Welcome to this radical self-care and rest meditation.
Jasmin Harsono will guide you to focus on utilising your breath, relaxing every part of your body. She will take you through a body scan allowing time for you to unwind and come into the awareness of your body.
Let go of the day and give space to rest and receive.
This hour-long meditation starts with a breath practice to observe and experience deeper breathing, followed by a tension massage and ending with a body scan meditation.
Create a space that is relaxing. If it is safe to do so light candles, use your favourite essential oils or incense. Stay seated (chair is suggested) or lay down, just make sure that you create a place to rest that is comfortable. Grab a blanket as the body temperature tends to change during meditation. If you can, please wear a pair of headphones to listen through speakers.
Grab a notepad and pen as you may like to journal after the session.
