This meditation is unguided. This session includes quartz crystal bowls, venus gong, percussion and healing voice.
During a sound meditation, you come into your vessel. Receive what you need in the present moment. If it is safe to do so, gently close your eyes, take a few deep soft full breaths into your belly, diaphragm, chest and whole body.

Notes
Create a space that is relaxing. If it is safe to do so light candles, use your favourite essential oils or incense. Stay seated or lay down, just make sure that you create a place to rest that is comfortable. Grab a blanket as the body temperature tends to change during meditation. If you can, please wear a pair of headphones to listen through speakers.
Grab a notepad and pen as you may like to journal after the session.
Precautionary guidance
It is advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol before tuning in to a sound meditation. Pregnant women in their 1st trimester or those with pacemakers should avoid. Those with sound-sensitive conditions or with metal implants may be affected by the sounds and vibrations. If you have any questions or concerns, please seek medical advice.
