Our Earth Ki (Earth Energy) grounds us in our physical body and connects us to Mother Earth and nature. This energy centre supports our basic physical needs and wellbeing. It gives life to the physical body, feeling safe, secure and strong in ourselves, as well as feeling in flow with our innate life force energy, the natural force of the earth – nature and the world that surrounds us.

This is where we’ll explore the physical body, health & wellbeing rituals, mother earth and nature, the environment, sustainability, products, and all things E A R T H related. ⠀
H E A R T
Our Heart Ki (Heart Energy) opens us to our emotional intelligence, wisdom and unconditional love. This energy centre holds a magnitude of source energy to support our desires, store our cellular memories and cultivate compassion. Heart Ki brings a sense of coming home with what lies in our heart, connecting to our passions and purpose, tapping us into our creativity and true identity.
Key themes: emotional intelligence, heart-mind connection, heart-activation, wisdom, authenticity, identity, self-worth, and unconditional love.
This is where we’ll explore the places, situations, people, passions and practices that make our hearts sing, self-love, kindness and compassion, and all things H E A R T related.
H E A V E N
Our Heaven Ki (Heaven Energy) is the ‘eye of insight’, our intuition and instinct. This energy centre holds expansive light that expands our consciousness, our higher self. Where we embody the cosmic powers of the cosmos. It may reveal colours, visions or psychic experiences and connects us to our spirit guides as well as the innate wisdom within us.
Key themes: intuition, universe, spirituality, knowledge, oneness and consciousness
This is where we’ll explore spirituality, rituals and ceremonies, demystify ancient medicine and modern magic, and everything I N T U I T I O N related.
